Using the chat console

The console is where you and your team see visitors and answer chats. It runs in your browser on any computer or phone.

Logging in

Go to your-name.talkuru.com/mobile/. Your login and password are shown in your dashboard; the first login uses the email and password you signed up with.

Being available

Set your status to Available and keep the console open. When nobody is available, visitors can still leave a message, which becomes a ticket you can answer by email.

Seeing visitors

Open Visitors to see everyone on your website right now: their country and city, the page they are on, how long they have been there and the pages they visited before.

Answering chats

New chats appear at the bottom of the console with a sound. Click one, then Start Chat. You can send files and use saved replies.

Adding teammates

Open Server Configuration → Users to add teammates and groups (for example Sales and Support). The number of teammates depends on your plan.
