Troubleshooting

The chat button does not appear

• Check that your website is listed under Websites in your dashboard.
• Check that you confirmed your email address. The chat stays off until you do.
• Make sure the snippet is on the page: view the page source and search for talkuru.com/widget.js.
• Clear your site's cache or caching plugin, then reload the page.
• On WordPress, check that "Hide it while I am logged in as an administrator" is not hiding it from you.

Visitors do not show in the console

Make sure you are logged in to the console for the same Talkuru address as your snippet, and that the visitor's browser is not blocking scripts.
